Our students know how to put on a show! The 2026 President’s Scholarship Ball featured performances by UVU Ballroom Dance Company, Repertory Ballet Ensemble, and Wind Symphony.

The evening raised support for UVU students, and our SOA students contributed to making it a magical evening.

Thank you to every performer who helped bring the vibrant energy to the UCCU Center, and to everyone who attended. We can’t wait to see what’s next for UVU. by @uvuarts

The Fall Choral Showcase ushered in a new School of the Arts Academic season, and our UVU music students started it on a high note! 🎶

Some performances just hit differently. 🎶 I am a Strange Loop: UVU Wind Symphony’s latest concert performance blew us away with their instrumental excellence.

Their concert highlighted the disparity between quickly generated music (product of AI) and the hours of hands-on practice necessary to perform at this caliber (human-made excellence).

If you were there, you know how instrumental this was to our fall concert line-up!

Southern accents, singing prowess, and incredible acting—UVU TYE Center plays give UVU Theatre students a chance to showcase their skills and tell a story that can impact the whole family.

Watch the power of literacy come to life when two kids uncover big family secrets, and overcome even bigger generational heartache.

This show is intended for all audiences and touches on themes of family, friendship, and the life-changing power of literacy. Audiences will see how literacy shapes identity, relationships, confidence, and opportunity in deeply personal ways.

Our students got the first look. Tomorrow night, it’s your turn. 👀

Caleb Teicher stopped by UVU today to share the floor with dancers in a master tap class. Tomorrow, Caleb takes the UVU Noorda stage alongside acclaimed pianist Conrad Tao for Counterpoint—where tap and piano meet in a back-and-forth conversation of movement and music.

Caleb said it best, “Come see us tomorrow night!”

Picking up a few extra musicians for Spooky Sounds of the Season featuring UVU’s Symphony and Jazz Orchestra. They’ll be performing classic Halloween hits like Thriller, Monster Mash, Pirates of the Caribbean, Batman, and more on October 8 at 7p.m. at the UVU Noorda Center for the Performing Arts.

Tickets available now. UVU students can get 1 FREE ticket (while supplies last) or up to 2 tickets for $5 each. General public tickets are $14-$16.

The art gets the attention. These students make sure it gets seen. Meet the crew behind the set-up for the newest installment in the Gallery on 6th, Nouveau Lumière: Illuminating Legacies, inspired by the Department of Art & Design’s Fine Art Book Series!

Veronica Jaramillo, Kenna Mitchell, Talmage Stevenson, and Schylar Christensen are students in the Art Gallery Management class, and as part of that, get the opportunity to help curate the galleries in the Gallery on 6th, Gallery 402, and the wall displays outside Gallery on 6th.

Every detail is intentional to create an environment that invites interpretation, and emphasizes every piece of art for what it uniquely has to offer.
