From a certified bad betch (pilates instructor x strength coach) 🖤

Lying on a mat and doing random moves isn’t Pilates. Knowing what you’re doing matters. Learn from someone who’s trained in it, not someone who’s just good at filming it.

Life’s colourful 🌸 by @valerychahine

21 days of ab-maxing. Today’s the final boss 🤝

Thank you to everyone who showed up, saved, shared and did these with me 🧡

You’re the boss now. What’s next? Comment below: you choose, I suffer 👇

🥕 Warm-up round: curl up into your hundreds, then alternate the legs.

🥕 Level two: one leg sweeps up and pulls you into a roll-up. Switch legs, go again. No cheat codes.

🥕Boss level: roller between your ankles, roll down onto your lumbar spine, lift the legs, squeeze, roll up. Lower your top half, then your legs.

🥕 Victory lap: rock side to side.

✨ 40 sec each · 3 rounds

21 DAYS OF ABS | DAY 20 💖

The ball doesn’t lie. Stop working, and it tells on you:

🌸 Roll up to modified teaser: keep pressing into the ball, so your abs lift you, not momentum.

🌸 Ball on your thighs: reach up it, then roll up, squeezing from hands to forearms. Pull with your neck and it rolls straight off.

🌸 Ball into one thigh, tabletop: press and extend the other leg. Stop pressing and it drops.

🌸 Ball between your legs, hands behind your head: squeeze and lower.

✨ 45 sec each · 3 rounds

One day left. Tomorrow’s the finale, and I’m saying the thing no ab challenge will tell you.

21 DAYS OF ABS | DAY 19 👩‍🎤

Opposition: two forces meeting in the middle, and your abs are the ones holding it together.

✨ Ball behind your top leg: leg pushes, hands pull. Top leg gets a hamstring stretch, the other lowers and lifts.
✨ Ball between your legs: squeeze in, reach away, crunch stays on.
✨ Plain old crunches, because flexion isn’t the enemy.
✨ 40 sec each exercise · 3 rounds

Push. Pull. Squeeze. Your abs do the rest.
