Watch for the visual to unveil 🤩

Insider Leh tip: Head up to ARHAT CAFE near Spituk Gompa for breakfast with a bird’s-eye view of planes navigating the dramatic valley approach into Leh. Pure magic. ☕✈️

Planes land at this airstrip until 2 pm. ⏱️

Rare occurrence of Moon occultation with Venus 🤩

Lucky to capture this on my iPhone 😇

Because I was viewing from a high-altitude area like Leh, the exceptionally clear, thin air makes celestial sights like this look incredibly crisp and luminous compared to polluted city skies.

If you look at the “dark” part of the Moon inside your crescent, it isn’t completely pitch black—you can faintly see the rest of the round lunar circle. This beautiful phenomenon is called Earthshine (or the “Da Vinci glow”).

As an avid runner, he always believed that running was all he needed to stay fit and perform better. Like many people, he also once thought Pilates was “just for women.”

But that perception changed after experiencing Pilates for himself.

From improving strength and mobility to becoming more aware of how his body moves, Pilates has become an important part of his training routine—and something he now sees as a valuable complement to running.

Sometimes, you don’t need to change your goal. You just need to change the way you train for it. 🏃‍♂️

This is what we love about Pilates at PilateSi—helping people discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

Ladakh might be one of the very places where we can see the milky way with our naked eyes.

This picture has been captured from my iPhone at Pangong on a clear starry night. You also get to watch moving satellites, falling stars making it a perfect place for star gazing.
