Took Mom to see the Buena Vista Social Club at the Straz last night to celebrate her 80th birthday. It was an incredible experience. The show was amazing and seeing Mom smiling and singing every word of every song by heart was beautiful! POV: Turning 50 in 38 days. My mind thinks I’m 25, my body thinks I’m 70, and apparently my playlist is permanently stuck in the 80s.

But I’m determined to make turning 50 count!

For my 50th birthday, I’m raising $50,000 in 50 days for Posability, helping us continue providing positive opportunities of support to families affected by disability through Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training.
