You can’t control the weather. You can control whether your guests know what to do, where to be, and when. And our team wants to help you.

If you are a wedding planner dealing with a weather change this weekend, we will comp your entire event and help import your guests. No catch from us, it is our way to give back in an already hectic wedding season.

Guests want to know:
⛈️ Are all events still happening?
⛈️ Has anything changed? (time, venue, shuttle, ceremony location)
⛈️ Is there anything they need to do differently? (account for additional travel time, etc.)

Email morgan@wedping.com with the date of your event and the weather change impacting your wedding or shoot us a DM with that information. We don’t want guest communication to be one more thing you’re stressing about.

Everyone in the wedding world knows how quickly things can change on event day, and being able to communicate with your guests in real time is key.

There’s a different kind of connection that happens when nobody has to go home at the end of the night.
Back in August, we spent an overnight at Mirbeau Inn & Spa in the Hudson Valley. Cocktail hour turned into dinner, dinner turned into dancing, and by the time the music slowed down, the conversations in the room had gone somewhere deeper than “what do you do.”
We watched people trade stories about how they actually got into this industry, not the polished version, the real one. We watched people who’d just met offer to introduce each other to clients the next morning, no hesitation. And we watched more than one goodbye turn into “wait, let’s exchange numbers first” at 1am.
That’s what an extra few hours together can do. Nobody rushes a goodbye when there’s nowhere to be in the morning.

Implementing a new tool can feel daunting, but we make it easy and our platform was created to be intuitive! During demos, we cover how the platform works, guest list management, using the full system or just one component, and how planners typically integrate it into existing systems.

A few questions I specifically covered on today’s demos:
-Can I use this for an upcoming wedding this month? Yes - it takes seconds to upload a guest list and can be used immediately!
-How can I set up the teams feature for lead planners on my team? This is easy to do under ‘Planning Team’ and everyone logs in with their own phone number - no worrying about password sharing!
