Water women, paramedic & filmer Innika will be leading connection activities & our surf! 🏄🏻‍♀️

And our founder Cam, will be co-leading our surf & supporting beginners too!

We’re super excited to announce our first community surf of the year! 🌊✨🎉

Our surfs are free, unisex & come with tips & support for beginners! 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼

Meet Sunday 0730 on the lawn at Surfing WA Trigg where you can hire a board there ($33) if you need! The water is at its highest temperature of the year presently so wetsuits are optional.

For this session we’ll be doing a 20min surf inspired yoga session to get us ready for the waves! 🧘🏼‍♀️

We generally surf for about an hour before hitting the showers & enjoying some sips & chats at Foam! ☕️😊

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to try surfing, or take your surfing journey to the next level in ‘26 with an awesome crew, now’s your chance!

With the big waves of winter-spring behind us we’re super excited to announce a new season of unisex beginner friendly surfs! 🤗

Our vision for the Kahunas is to help people start & progress in the sport, foster connection & harmony between men & women surfers & enrich the overall surfing journey - working in some fun trips as we go too! 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻💗✨🌈

Our primary location will be Surfing WA Trigg where beginners can hire boards & wetsuits! 😎

We’re launching our new season this Sunday 0730 on the lawn at Surfing WA Trigg! 🎉 At each of our sessions, we’ll have group leaders to coordinate a fun morning - which will typically involve a welcome, surf stretch & brief stillness meditation before getting in the water! 🌊

We’ll generally surf for about an hour before hitting the showers & enjoying some sips & chats at Foam Cafe there! ☕️😊

We’re so excited to be teaming up with @perthsisterhoodsociety & @willandrubes for our annual visit to the stunning Serpentine National Park & Falls! 🤩

The forecast is for 26deg & the wildflowers are in full bloom! ☀️🌷

It’s $17 per vehicle to enter Serpentine National Park so consider making it a fun roadtrip with your friends or by joining the Sisterhood or Wild Ones chats via our bio links — which will also help us leave some car spots free for the general public.

🚗 0730 Have picked up any mates & be on your way to Serpentine!
📍0830 Arrive Serpentine Falls (when gates open), Serpentine National Park
💜 0845 Hellos, hugs, heart opening & safety brief (Main Picnic Area)
🥾 0900 All levels hike up the Kitty’s Gorge walk trail (1hr out, break & yarn, 1hr back)
☕️ 1130 Serpentine falls, dip (if allowed), sips (some provided) & byo picnic!!

What to bring 🎒

-Some sturdy athletic shoes suitable for going over loose ground
-Layered clothing as you’ll quickly get warm hiking
-A water bottle to keep you hydrated
-A small snack like a muesli bar or piece of fruit to have on the trail
-A hat and/or sunscreen
-Swimwear and a towel if you want to dip
-Something to eat for a light picnic after!

This is a free event, all are welcome & no registration is required.
