I spent a recent weekend making applesauce 🍎

Apples are one of my favorites to work with in the Autumn. They have a lot of associations depending on what tradition or culture you’re working from, but I’ve always seen them as representing abundance, prosperity, wisdom, and reaping the fruits of your labor 💚

Lughnasadh; the first Harvest 🌾

I’m not a Wiccan so I don’t really celebrate the wheel of the year in a traditional sense, but this day is one exception. For me, it marks 3 years of being a witch; of cultivating relationships, seasonal living, and community.

I am so grateful for where this path has led me, and I look forward to where it will take me next 🌙 taken in PNW by @witchofwintertide

One of the biggest lessons the Winter Mother has been teaching me is how to live seasonally. How to shift my way of living alongside nature; observing change as it happens, and learning to let go when necessary.
It’s a slow process, considering the capitalist society we live in, but I’m finding that even within those limitations there are small things I can do that I find a lot of solace in. These are just a few of them.
Tell me in the comments how you live seasonally 🍂 taken in PNW by @witchofwintertide

These are just a few of the devotional things I do my spirits. Let me know how you honor yours in the comments 🌿
I saw this concept originally from @weyward.victoria and just had to do my own version! 🫶🏻
