Hello, I'm Waseema, a mat and reformer pilates instructor who loves movement. I believe strength should feel calm, supportive and sustainable.

This space is for women- join me for motivation and inspiration to thrive! 🤍 by @workoutwithwaseema

What I get up to after teaching hot mat. Just squeezing in a little extra movement while the room is still warm

If you want to sweat, challenge yourself, and feel amazing after, you have to try it.

Send me a DM if you are unsure—it can be daunting at first, but I am so happy to help you get started😊

Spent my birthday exactly where I belong: crushing a Barry’s class and rewriting the narrative in the Red Room.

Growing up women are often taught to be gentle, to take up less space, and to prioritize everyone else’s needs before our own.

I’m a mum, a wife, and I have a career. Life is a constant juggle. But I have made it my absolute mission to prioritize time for myself, because movement is medicine!

I want to motivate you to break that cycle and do something for yourself today—even if it’s just a walk around the block or a quick stretch🤍

There is no greater humbling experience than a 2kg weight on a mat. 40 seconds in and the gravity doubles and the heat kicks in. It’s sweaty, chaotic, and it’s the absolute best vibe!

🎂✨ IT’S MY BIRTHDAY MONTH…..
SO I’M GIVING 🎂✨

There’s something about birthdays in your 30s that makes you look at life a little differently.

I find myself thinking less about what I can receive and more about what I can give.

For me that means helping others feel stronger, more confident and good in themselves. 🤍

So this birthday, rather than celebrating with more, I wanted to celebrate by giving. 🤍

I’d love to treat you + a plus one to a FREE Pilates class with me 🧘‍♀️✨

Whether you’re new to reformer or already obsessed. Come move, sweat & have some fun with me ✨

Mat pilates... where the magic began. ✨

Long before the reformer stole the spotlight, Joseph Pilates created his method on the mat. No fancy equipment, no springs—just you, your body, and a whole lot of control.

So, what’s the difference?

The reformer offers resistance and support through its spring system, while mat pilates asks your body to do all the work. Which is exactly why it’s often the more challenging of the two.

The beauty is, you don’t have to choose. They complement each other perfectly, and together they create a stronger, more balanced body.

And if you’re wondering whether mat pilates is really that hard... my facial expressions say it all😅

Simple? Yes.
Easy? Absolutely not.
Worth it? Every single time. 🤍
