2 eggs in the morning is not a high protein diet. That’s barely enough protein to support muscle, recovery, hormones, or fat loss. Yet so many women are eating tiny meals all day, terrified of food, while wondering why: • their metabolism feels slow • their body feels soft • their energy crashes • nothing seems to “tone” anymore Your dream body is not built from starving yourself. It’s built from: 💪 enough protein 🏋️ strength training 😴 recovery ⏳ consistency and patience You do not get lean by eating as little as possible. You get lean by building muscle and giving your body a reason to change. Lettuce wraps and rice cakes are not the reason fit women look the way they do. They eat to fuel their body. Because muscle does not grow in restriction. It grows when you feed it. by @zacklassen
small swaps make fat loss so much easier. ⠀ especially when you actually know what to reach for instead of guessing every time you open the fridge. ⠀ you don't need a whole new diet. ⠀ you just need a few better options in the same meals you're already eating. ⠀ swap the snack. swap the sauce. swap the side. ⠀ none of it feels like a sacrifice, and it adds up faster than you'd think. ⠀ 👇COMMENT LIST and we’ll send you our grocery list our clients use to: ✅simplify shopping ✅stop guessing what to buy ✅build meals that support fat loss ✅stay consistent without dieting 🎉easy foods. real life. no overwhelm. by @zacklassen

👇 Comment "Calculate Calories" so we can send you our free calorie guide to help lose your first 5-10 lb. 👇 if you weigh yourself once a week you are probably driving yourself insane, and that is likely why you quit last time. here is how it goes. sunday morning, 150 pounds. you do everything right all week. deficit, steps, training, all of it. next sunday you step on and you are up a pound. so you decide it is not working. or worse, that something is wrong with you. you did not gain a pound of fat. you just missed five days of data and made a decision off one number. weight moves every day for reasons that have nothing to do with fat. salt, carbs, your cycle, a short night of sleep, sore muscles holding water, whether you have been to the bathroom. so weigh daily instead. take the weekly average. compare it to the week before, and the week after that. once you do that you can actually see the pattern. spike on monday. drops midweek. lowest friday. back up a bit over the weekend. every single week, for almost every woman. up one day does not mean you failed. down one day does not mean you won. it is one data point. the number only means anything when you have a few weeks of averages sitting next to each other. one thing. if stepping on the scale ruins your day, daily weighing is not for you right now. use the tape measure and photos instead and come back to it later. for everyone else, weigh daily, average it weekly, watch the trend. 👇 Comment "Calculate Calories" so we can send you our free calorie guide to help lose your first 5-10 lb. 👇 by @zacklassen
if your midsection feels like the one place that will not change, the answer is usually not eating less and doing more cardio. that combination is what got most women stuck in the first place. ⠀ start here. ⠀ eat 30g of protein at breakfast, every single day. ⠀ 🥚 it sets your appetite for the whole day. most women are eating 10g and then wondering why they are hungry by 11am. ⠀ walk 10 minutes after your two biggest meals. ⠀ 🚶‍♀️ helps blood sugar and digestion without adding another workout you do not have time for. ⠀ get 25 to 30g of fiber a day before you cut anything else. ⠀ 🥦 fullness and digestion get easier, which makes eating less feel like less of a battle. ⠀ strength train 3 times per week and add weight every other week. ⠀ 🏋️‍♀️ the goal is not to be smaller. it is to hold onto muscle so your shape actually changes. ⠀ measure the oils, dressings and nut butters. ⠀ 🥄 this is the one that quietly undoes a whole week. a heavy hand with olive oil is 300 calories you did not count. ⠀ stop eating carbs on their own, always pair them with protein. ⠀ 🍚 same food, completely different effect on your hunger two hours later. ⠀ sleep 7 hours before you add another workout. ⠀ 😴 under slept means hungrier, more cravings, worse recovery. more training does not fix that. ⠀ eat enough. chronic under eating stalls this more than overeating. ⠀ 🍽️ years of 1200 calorie diets is a real thing and it is why a lot of women are stuck at a low intake with no results. ⠀ track your waist every two weeks instead of the scale every day. ⠀ 📏 inches move before the scale does, especially in perimenopause. ⠀ give it 12 weeks before you decide it is not working. ⠀ 📆 most women quit at week 4, right before the part where it starts to show. ⠀ if you are already doing most of this and nothing is moving, the issue is usually calories, activity, recovery or structure. not willpower. ⠀ comment WOMEN FITNESS and i’ll send it over. by @zacklassen

laura is 52, has two grown daughters, and joined transform x three months ago before that she felt done with her body confidence low, energy lower, tired all the time she had tried everything over the years. fasting gave her migraines. noom. weight watchers. some of it worked for a while, then the weight came right back the second she ate normally again she had started telling herself that this was just menopause and she would have to get used to it then her oldest daughter got married and she saw the wedding photos that was the moment she said it out loud: this has to be a complete lifestyle change, not another diet she also has a desk job, so getting steps in during the day is genuinely hard. she knew cutting calories alone was not going to fix it. she needed to move more and eat in a way she could actually keep doing three months in down 8 pounds down 3 inches in her waist pants fitting better mood improved tremendously but here is what she keeps coming back to she feels confident again she still has days where she does not feel like training. coach emma picks her up on those days. the community pushes her. she gets it done and feels better every single time her words, not mine: if you are on the fence, it is 100% worth it. best decision i made for myself. my mind, my body, everything laura, we are so proud of you ❤️ by @zacklassen
if you're a woman using the scale to track fat loss, there's a good chance you're measuring it wrong. ⠀ your body changes throughout the month because your hormones change throughout the month. ⠀ so your weight naturally goes up and down from water, digestion, inflammation, stress, pms. that is not fat gain. ⠀ here's the most common mistake i see women make. comparing random weeks to each other. week 2 against week 3. a normal week against your pms week. ⠀ that's completely inaccurate, because your body's in a totally different hormonal state each time. ⠀ so here's what to do instead. ⠀ compare week 1 to week 1. week 2 to week 2. week 3 to week 3. you get what i'm saying. ⠀ now you're comparing your body under the same conditions. ⠀ and what you'll usually notice is even if the scale bounced around all month, week 3 this month is lower than week 3 last month. ⠀ that's real progress. ⠀ your body weight fluctuates. fat loss is slower and steadier. they are not the same thing. ⠀ 👉want to know how our female clients are losing 10–50 lbs — even with hormonal shifts in the mix? 👇 Comment “INFO” and we’ll show you how it’s done. by @zacklassen
👇 comment **HORMOFIX** and i’ll send you our free hormone guide for busy women looking to drop 10 to 15 lbs. some women feel like their body is working against them. the scale won’t move. your energy is low. and your belly feels more bloated than usual. a lot of the time, stress can play a role. when stress stays high for too long, cortisol can stay high too. and that can make things harder for women over 35. some common signs women notice are: low energy during the day poor sleep at night strong cravings for sugar or carbs belly weight that feels stubborn feeling wired but also tired this doesn’t mean your body is broken. it usually means your body needs better support. things like: more sleep daily walking strength training balanced meals with enough protein less extreme dieting small habits like these can help your body calm down and start working better again. 👇 comment **HORMOFIX** and i’ll send you our free hormone guide for busy women looking to drop 10 to 15 lbs. Client Spotlight 🤍 Meet this incredible client. She didn’t need another “start over Monday” plan. She needed something that worked with her hormones, not against them. Before working together, weight would come off… then slowly creep back on. Same cycle. Different month. Instead of chasing the scale, we focused on: • hormone-supportive nutrition • stabilizing her energy and cravings • maintaining fat loss without rebound The result: • weight loss without extreme restriction • inches coming off in the places that actually matter • and most importantly… she kept it off This is what happens when your plan fits your body and your life. So proud of you 🫶 by @zacklassen
