Breakfast for my son 🏆🏆

It only takes a few minutes, parents – this is our job and our duty to take care of our kids, they should not be eating pop tarts, or cinnamon toast crunch, or any other poison 👎👎👎❌❌❌

Let’s feed our kids real food, teach them how to do it and show them how it’s done 🏆🏆❤️❤️

For the teenage athletes who are struggling with strength, size, building muscle, I am blaming mom and dad ✔️✔️

As parents, it is our job to cook for the kids and at the very least, teach them how to cook and make meals for themselves

when I see an athlete who is weak, skinny, struggling with injuries - Nutrition is a major contributing factor to those problems.

The other option is to STOO giving your kids options - too many parents are worried about what their kids like to do when what we need to be focused on is getting them to do what needs to be done ➡️ RESPONSIBILITY 🏆

With all of these options, we’ve got middle school kids eating Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast, high school kids have their lunch at Starbucks and come to school with a Red Bull 👎👎👎

This is all shyt and poison 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

Got my new @westsidebarbellofficial shirt in.

I don’t rep many other places or people, and I always love to share all the lessons taught to me from Louie -

and just as Louie created Westside Barbell to honor Bill Peanuts West and those who paved the way before him, I believe it is important for coaches to do the same 🏆🏆

In 2027 we / @businessofstrength will host Underground Strength Con - this year we will be honoring the late Dr Ken Leistner 💪

Ironically, this collection of original Westside Barbell articles was photocopied by Dr Ken and gifted to Jim Wendler @jimwendler who then gifted it to me - I always tell Jim and many others, this book is one of the best gifts I have ever received!!!

Grateful for all the IRON lessons and IRON history 🛠️🛠️

I saw Rocky IV at movie city 5 in Woodbridge, New Jersey, I think I was in fifth grade ….

This was the beginning scene of Rocky V

The younger generation of today, most of them have not watched the Rocky movies, let alone watched them without touching their phone 100 times to really understand the power of this film 🎥

Rocky was not a movie about boxing, boxing, like all SPORTS was a vehicle for a better life 🏆🏆🥊🥊

The Rocky films were about never giving up and putting all your heart into everything 🥊🥊❤️❤️
