Happy third birthday, @404mediaco! You’re the wisest toddler I’ve ever known. Great to see the old Vice, Motherboard, and other NYC media buffs out there last night supporting the best little indie tech media company on the internet! by @arikiadotcom

I’ll be back in NYC next month speaking at the Real World Asset Summit about the potential of tokenized journalism. Most things don’t need a blockchain, but journalism is something that should have always had one, and that needs one (or two or more) now more than ever. Looking forward to meeting other leaders in the RWA industry! by @arikiadotcom

Greetings from DWeb Camp: The place for hackers and visionaries creating a more decentralized internet to spend a week in the woods together. @ctrl_x.world produced and published the very first DWeb Newspaper in the run up to the event, for which I had the pleasure of interviewing Internet Archive founder and chief librarian Brewster Kahle! I also coordinated video operations on site along with the ZK AV Club. Big thanks to my Minister of Propaganda, Fly, my Berlin content team @evaphantasmagoria and @lukas_huettis who were instrumental in the newspaper’s design and production, and my camp paper distributors @worstsculptoralive and @alyyspace💚🌱💚🌳💚📰 by @arikiadotcom

Is the digital publishing industry broken?

Buried under paywalls, pop-ups, and endless subscription fatigue, quality journalism struggles to see the light of day.

What if there was a better way to access—and fund—journalism, one article at a time?

Is the digital publishing industry ready?

CTRL+X is coming soon!!! 🌎🌍🌏

I went to Davos and all I got was a reminder that money can’t buy cool (but it can buy a pop-up on a Swiss mountain promenade).

Big thanks to my longtime friend and advisor @bryony_cooper for taking me for a spin on her black wristband! And to my crypto boys for convincing me to take the ride. by @arikiadotcom
