🚨 BIG NEWS! 🚨 I’m beyond excited to officially share that the brand new FroPro High Protein Cheesecakes are now available at Woolworths nationwide! These cheesecakes are extra special to me because they’re the first product I’ve developed as a Product Developer at FroPro. 💪💕 What makes this even sweeter? They started off as a recipe that I created! Watching this idea come to life and hit the shelves has been a dream come true, and I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am that I am in a situation like this. This is my dream job, and I can’t imagine being a part of a better team than the guys at @froproaus. SO! If you love the idea of a dessert that’s indulgent AND macro friendly (14-17g protein and under 280 calories per slice 😉), you’re going to want to grab one of these! They’re available in Caramelised Biscuit (might be made with real Biscoff 👀) and Blueberry (with REAL blueberries)! This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited for what’s next. Thank you all for the support that’s made this journey possible! 🙌 💡 Pro tip: Grab yours quick—they’re only available for a limited time! (I’m sad about it too don’t worry 🥲) #FroPro #HighProteinDessert #FroProCheesecake #MakeItFit #ProteinCheesecake by @counting_zacros

Preheat your oven to 170°C fan-forced and prepare a small oven safe bowl. 2. Add the flour, protein powder, sweetener and salt to the bowl and mix to combine. 3. Add the egg, milk and Greek yoghurt, then stir until smooth. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar sub, softened butter, cinnamon and flour until a thick paste forms. 5. Transfer the cinnamon mixture into a small piping bag or snap lock bag and snip off the corner. 6. Pipe the mixture over the batter in a spiral, starting from the centre and working outward. Don’t mix it through! We want that sexy little cinnamon swirl visible on top! 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the plain section of batter has just set. Start checking around the 11 minute mark because protein powder can go from soft to rubber puck hella quick 😂 8. Combine the powdered sweetener with a few drops of milk until a glaze forms. I used 10ml and it was way too much but I still enjoyed it as it was! 9. Let the pancake bowl sit for 2 minutes, drizzle over the glaze and demolish that bad boi!
