I had a great time celebrating with our team last night at the Pro+Kinetix holiday party!

I’m so grateful that we’ve cultivated a team of exceptional people who can laugh, have fun and enjoy each other’s company outside the confines of a work day. Enjoying the people you work with makes the mission that much sweeter.

People tell us this all the time:

"I need an MRI to find out what’s really wrong with me.”

But here’s the truth: X-rays and MRIs don’t always tell the real story about pain or why you hurt.

A study scanned over 1,200 people who had no back pain…

Your patient wakes up with a sore, stiff knee the morning after a long run.

Today’s plan? Squats + Bulgarians.
They ask you: “Should I lift today?”

Option A looks like: rest, stretch, foam roll, skip squats.
Option B looks like: soreness is normal, warm up longer, adjust depth/weight if needed, but keep squats in.
