Today I turn 47. 🥳 I am very thankful for all the years so far. Life has had a few changes, Graphic Designer to Coach to Firefighter, still XVX, many states, New York, North Carolina, Iowa, Oregon, California, and now Virginia. Through it all, I try to remain humble and thankful. I am super thankful I found my love @thekiwifrequency 💗 and her pup Mr. Big 🐼, but also super thankful for my boy Apollo 🐸, who has been by my side for nearly 12 years already! He has only been around a quarter of my life, but I have been around all of his. Anyway, I am just feeling super thankful for all the blessings I have in my life. Also here is the birthday themed workout I did this morning at @theironasylum. I hope you all have a wonderful day out there! by @edbauerfit

Happy 3 Year Anniversary to the love of my life! 💗 We managed to both have the holiday off together and got to spend quality time with family. We also got to eat brunch at @spuntini_va once again. We went to the Mary M. Torggler Fine Arts Center and saw an exhibit on the life work of Paul Reed, and we also went to @colonialwmsburg to celebrate the 4th. 🎉 I am excited to spend the rest of my life with this girl. I hope to make it official 2027. 💞💍 by @edbauerfit

Emo night with my fiancé 💗 @thekiwifrequency and our wonderful friends @xvxjessi and her husband Chris. We saw @bayside and @takingbacksunday in Virginia Beach. The 90s made me, so I had to jump on this. I was a new skateboarder, got into Hip-Hop, became Straight-Edge, found Hardcore music, went Vegan (30 years now 🌱💪), graduated High School, and made lifelong friends. What a time to be alive. by @edbauerfit

This is @365.wholefoods Gluten Free Protein Pancakes 🥞 mixed with SoyMilk and topped with Blueberry Syrup 🫐& Almond Whipped Cream, Tofu Scramble, @morningstarfarms Vegan Sausage Patties, No Oil Added Hash Browns, and some Black Coffee ☕️. @thekiwifrequency 💗 and I finally went to @spuntini_va in Newport News! We got the JustEgg Breakfast Casserole and a Beet & Cheeze Quiche. We also got a Soy Latte and a Dirty Chai Soy Latte. On the way up, we had to stop at @glazedhampton and grab some vegan donuts of course. ☕️🍩 Thanks to @spiritualcramps for posting about Spuntini. It was so good and we are excited about going there again soon! taken in Spuntini by @edbauerfit
