Us coaches can change your life and your habits and help you with your goals, but at the end of the day you have to be willing to work with us, we unfortunately cannot take ownership of each decision you decide to make daily but we can help you when you communicate with us and let us in- don’t get me wrong I’d love to welcome every female to work with me but never at the expense of a good coaches name being tarnished 🤍

I could have created a room with equipment and called it a gym, but that was never what I wanted Elevate to be. I wanted women to walk in here and feel comfortable. To learn. To ask questions. Happy 2nd birthday to my baby @elevate.mvmt 🥹😭🤍
There was a version of me who genuinely couldn’t see this life ahead of her. I didn’t know exactly what it would become, I definitely didn’t have everything figured out and I wasn’t completely ready. I just knew that staying where I was because it felt safer was never going to give me the life I wanted, two years later I get to look around at something that once only existed in my head. I’ve watched women walk through my doors terrified of the gym and slowly learn to take up space in it.

Elevate has challenged me more than almost anything I’ve ever done. There have been tears, mistakes, terrifying decisions, late nights, early mornings and plenty of moments where I’ve wondered whether I was capable of carrying the vision I had for it. But fuck, I am so glad I kept going, because this little business gave me something I spent years searching for - purpose.

So happy 2nd birthday to my little Elevate MVMT🥹🤍 Thank you to every single person who has trusted me with a piece of your journey. Whether you’ve trained with me F2F or online, been coached by me, shared my work, recommended me, supported me or simply cheered me on from the sidelines, you have helped build this too and you are the heart of elevate MVMT.

And to the version of me who started it, thank fuck you didn’t wait until you weren’t scared. You just did it scared🥹🤍
