I could have created a room with equipment and called it a gym, but that was never what I wanted Elevate to be. I wanted women to walk in here and feel comfortable. To learn. To ask questions. To take up space. To get strong without feeling like everyone is watching them & I wanted to remove as many of the little barriers as I could. wtf u waiting for? Come join the fam🤪❤️
