The purpose of this video is to explain simply and concisely what posturefit is and why we exist.

We fill an incredibly underserved yet inordinately important niche in the wellness industry. That niche is the concept of foundation.

The foundation of our physical and mental health is our nervous system, and the pillar that our nervous system is built on is our spine, and our spinal health is at the mercy of our posture.

If we operate our life in poor posture it will inevitably lead to spinal degeneration and then it’s a slippery slope to our nervous system from there. On the other hand, if we consciously build our life in perfect posture you give yourself the opportunity to reap maximum results in both the physical and mental verticals of your life.

Bad things get worse and good things become great. A strong spine has the ability to change your life forever. And that is the purpose of posturefit.

We do not replace your current wellness or workout routine, we simply supplement your life with a critical missing variable that has the ability to make everything that you’re doing so much more fruitful 💪💪😍

Here’s a question for you:
Are you exercising enough… or are you simply moving enough?
There’s a difference.
You can work out several times a week and still spend the majority of your day sitting.
Our bodies were designed to move — not just during a workout, but throughout the day.

Try adding little moments of movement wherever you can:
• Get up from your desk every hour
• Take a few extra steps around the house
• Stretch while you’re waiting for your coffee
• Practice your balance while brushing your teeth
• Take a few deep breaths and reset your posture
• Keep your PostureFit Bar nearby so movement is easy to fit into your day

Good posture can truly transform how you look, feel, and carry yourself. 🤍

And the best part? You don’t need to spend hours in the gym. Just 5–10 minutes a day dedicated to intentional posture exercises can help you stand taller, open up your chest, and strengthen the muscles that support good posture.

I’ve been using the @get_posturefit PostureFit Bar to work on mine, and I love how easy it is to slip into my daily routine.

💪 POWER POSTURE = your posture goal.
Power Posture is the position you want your body to practice and return to throughout the day. It helps you find a stronger, more upright position so your body can move from a better foundation.
The key? Practice makes upright posture easier. The more you train your body in this position, the more familiar it becomes.

A few minutes a day can make a difference in how you stand, move, and carry yourself.

🔥 Most golfers don’t have a swing problem…
They have a mobility problem.

If your body is stiff, tight, and fighting rotation, your swing has no chance.
That’s why you feel:
❌ Tight through the backswing
❌ Sore after every round
❌ Stuck with the same distance
❌ Inconsistent contact no matter how much you practice

Daily mobility isn’t optional if you want to play good golf longer.
You need hips that move, a spine that rotates, and shoulders that aren’t locked up from sitting all day.

The golfers gaining effortless power aren’t swinging harder…
Their bodies simply move better. ⛳🔥

Start taking mobility seriously before your body forces you to.

Comment “MOBILITY” if you’re tired of feeling stiff over the ball and want to move like an athlete again.

Comment “$” and I’ll send you the product link and a discount code

A weighted bar is an essential tool to have if you spend time sitting at a desk, driving, or looking down at a phone. (Especially if you like to do your workouts at home)

Your posture is important to keep you healthy, so why not train your body to actually hold a better position.

That’s exactly why I like the PostureFit Weighted Bar.

You can use it in so many ways to train:
→ Thoracic extension
→ Shoulder blade control
→ Cervical alignment
→ Upper-back strength
→ Core stability
→ Better control of your head and neck

And you don’t need a 45-minute workout… A few minutes of targeted movement can go a long way when the right muscles are actually being trained.

Better posture isn’t about forcing your head back. It’s about building the strength and mobility to make better positions feel natural.

If neck pain, stiffness, or forward head posture is something you’re working on, this is one tool I highly recommend.
