We live in a society where touch is weaponized.
.
As a bodyworker who has endured unhealthy touch, it’s been my life’s work to provide a therapeutic and safe environment to each and every individual that walks into my space.
.
I have little words for what’s been transpiring in the news. I’m filled with rage that we continue to see story after story of someone being victimized by touch.
.
I just want everyone to know who is reading this, you are safe here. Consent is everything and in my orbit, your seen, valued and protected.

Field of Vision 🌀

What a dream come true. After 18 years in the bodywork industry, this past weekend was the biggest massage gig I’ve held to date!

I’ve always wanted to work with those who make music festivals so special.

From the musicians and crew to management and family members, we provided a great amount of care to those who sacrifice so much of themselves to bring joy to the thousands of people in attendance.

You know I believe bodywork has place in everyone’s lives, especially those who are constantly grinding on the road with a rigorous schedule.

Besides bringing care to the wonderful folks of FOV, my honey and I got to experience this spectacular event for the first time.

It was pure magic romping around the meadow, discovering new music, meeting beautiful people and connecting with one another doing something we love- dancing to music in nature.

Oh, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard??? Boy! What can I say? These fellas are doing it RIGHT up there. Providing various sounds of music, there is something for pretty much everyone during their show.

I’m blown away by my experience and hope to share in the weirdness next year. 🌀
