Finding Joy sold out, and I'm still a bit overwhelmed by how that room felt. So Can and I are doing it again.

This one is called Honouring Who You Are, and it's exactly what it sounds like. Can will guide you through a yoga flow to get you out of your head and into your body, then I'll take you even deeper within yourself following the breath guidance. No experience needed, just come as you are.

During the sharing circle, whoever holds her gets to share, and no one replies. If you want to answer, you wait 24 hours and ask first.

That’s what it’s all about, really 🤍

As two facilitators, @niudoscar and I, we create a space to explore connection together, with ourselves and with the people around us.

Our door is open to everyone. Through yoga, breathwork and a little time together, someone we call a “stranger” soon becomes a familiar face, a buddy, maybe even a friend. 🌿

Still smiling about Saturday. THANK YOU EVERYONE!

Can's yoga with all the sass, Madonna included, a game until every name stuck, and then the quiet: the breath leading, all of us following her. One long hug to close.

The morning gave everything. We just breathed it in.

It started because somebody replied to a post.

Can teaches the yoga, I hold the breathwork, and what we were both after was a room where our community doesn't have to perform. We didn't know each other either, so if you're wondering whether you need to bring somebody, you don't. Most people come on their own.
