I didn’t become a “holistic trauma-informed shadow work coach” by happenstance.

I came to this work through years of feeling, lost and disconnected and uncertain to myself. It took me writing my story actually getting a full masters degree in it literally and then going on to get over 700 hours of trauma informed yoga teacher training.

It took a reading book after book and listening to podcast after podcast but more than anything. It took true full embodiment of the practice..

And I have that practice for you and it’s time for us to do it together.

The Caim circle is open. The memoir method is open. Open arms, waiting for you to come home.

October has come with a lot of heavy emotions - ones that I can easily say I wasn’t quite prepared for simply because I didn’t expect them.

I didn’t expect to feel rage and intense anger, or so much fear backed by incredible jealousy and resentment. I thought I had met my grief, but deep sorrow has weighed on me like a blanket every night.

but I am greeting them- each and every one of them with awareness and a deep breath and love for myself, and all that I have moved through to gather those emotions.

Instead of numbing them or wishing them away, I’ve taken the time to see them and what they are trying to teach me.

That is the work that we do here in this lived experience. It is how we become— by becoming better witnesses to ourselves.
