Our Beyond the Cap Retreat Weekend was filled with activities, information, resources and healing. Our speakers were women filled with so much knowledge to pour into the girls and moms, we can’t wait to highlight them.

Mother Daughter Room Tour👀

Each Mother Daughter Pair received their own private bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

We even put some goodies on the bed for them including some yoga mats, thank you @letsbeehive. They have two our our bags, video coming soon, and our LSTT pillow, the perfect conversation starter.💜

Not every gathering is a distraction. Some are a reminder that you’re loved, supported, and don’t have to carry everything alone. Community won’t heal every wound, but the right community can remind you that healing was never meant to be a solo journey.

Your breakthrough might be on the other side of that invention you thinking about ignoring. Get in the room sis!

Allow yourself to be surrounded by people who genuinely wish to pour into you.

The ladies have been leaving Sip & Share Saturdays filled with so much love, knowledge and confidence!💜

Our focus this month was on removing the masks that we all wear to hide ourselves, to blend in, to protect ourselves. They decorated them beautifully on the outside, and hid some words on the inside.🤫

It’s time for us to rip those things off and show up for ourselves, so that we can then show up in this world, authentically.

Visualization is exactly what brought me to this moment in time, and I was more than happy to share it with the mothers and daughters of the @nclcitrusblossom chapter😆✨

There is power in your vision and in your voice, and I wanted them to know that it is okay to talk to one another about the dreams that you have had and want to accomplish, and the ones that may not have completely come to fruition.

Regardless, it is the bonding, the honesty and the communications that takes place, which is what we are aiming to do with my non-profit @letspilltheteainc.☕️
