Feeling helpless from across the world - I’ve gathered a list of the reliable non-profit organizations on the ground who have been out there fighting the fires and rescuing wildlife for months! A few things I am learning from those who have lived a bunch of decades more than us is:

1) self expression, creativity and creation is vital and especially important in anarchy

2) following your direct passions might just be your way to help the world and offer it everything you can - even if it doesn’t look like it at first glance.

3) Rushing creates deeper uncertainty on the way there and doesn’t result in quicker answers. Take it easier.

4) I am happy to be part of a generation that I see making worldly changes, pushbacks and standing in solidarity.

So good to touch African land again, I can’t explain!!

Once again; home soil giving more than I could ever ask for ! Shoutout to my mum for filling up jars with my favourite snacks and making this trip the comfiest and best⛰️

I’m so lucky I got to hug my friends again, even if it was just one or two times. Visit Ma’s house, sit in Pappa’s red car and be stufffffed with home food!
I didn’t know how much I missed biltong and pies??

Coming back to my other home now🌎 I feel fuller, stronger, rejuvenated and lucky to love across the world.

This time a year ago, I was living a completely different life - so much is changing all the time and I keep growing with it. I can never imagine anything better, and then a few months down the line I am living it. I’m so grateful to everyone I am graced to be with in this life, wouldn’t be the happy Tamika I am today without you all❤️ taken in South Africa by @mikaatam
