A hill I will forever die on is that everything comes down to your relationship with yourself. It is the baseline for absolutely everything. Part of this really relaxes me because I have been able to soothe/tend too/reparent so many parts of my psyche. There is so so much more to creating a ‘lucky’ life but I really deeply believe how you look after yourself & relate to yourself is the foundation. Think of this quite logically. Like attracts like (we know this) and so how could you be having a negative internal experience and expect a positive one?

COMING FROM A SEASONED PRO PEOPLE!!!! Boys, business, cash… you name it, I’ve manifested it. In honour of the Lions Gate Portal, I’ve broken down a deep dive into manifestation and how I personally work with it and the things I see missed online.

You can search “manifestation” anywhere. But this isn’t theory rather it’s the $5 Dr Martens, the raffle ticket I knew was mine, the career that now pays double. It’s also the years I got it wrong, forcing everything out of fear.

The real work? DEEP WORK, like the oooeyy gooey stuff (like we do in coaching). + Intention over urgency. Waiting without spiralling. Treating a “no” as redirection, not rejection. And asking yourself, if it landed today, would you actually be ready to hold it?
