Meditation can be quiet and still, or you can find it in community and movement. I’m happy to announce that from 4 July I’m going to be launching Node Walks. One of my favourite things from starting Node has been seeing the community grow, and from that this idea has blossomed. This is a monthly free community stroll which is focused around mindfulness and connection. We will be starting with a grounding practice and intention setting before moving into a walk in the local area. Think, woodland walks, seaside jaunts, countryside adventures. All with likeminded people. I would love to have you there, the first one is at Belfairs Woods at 1pm, bring your friends, family and dogs and let’s make this an afternoon to remember. by @node.wellbeing
“Are you worried about AI stealing your job?” With all due respect, unless AI can read the energy in the room, work one to one with people, tuck them in when they look cold, bring a pillow when someone’s back is hurting, or give them a hug after a session that unearthed deep emotions, I think I’ll be okay. by @node.wellbeing

Meditation doesn’t always look like sitting still with your eyes closed. Sometimes it’s lying on the floor, humming in the car, or standing at the sink with warm water on your hands. Swipe for 6 practices you might already be doing, and what they do for your nervous system. Which one will you try first? meditation, nervous system regulation, body scan, yoga nidra, NSDR, bhramari, humming breath, mindful dishwashing, contemplative journaling, interoception, vagus nerve, breathwork, stress relief, somatic practice, mindfulness, rest and recovery, meditation for beginners, Node Wellbeing by @node.wellbeing
I meditate every day and I’m a qualified meditation instructor. Here’s what’s been going through my mind recently when I meditate... Ham To do list Will my heatless curls turn out? I should eat peas The puppy The puppy peeing Count the breath, count the breath This is nice I should’ve made a coffee first That block sound made me jump Meditation isn’t about clearing your mind. It’s about letting your thoughts wander and being able to come back to yourself in the present moment. If you’d like to learn more, drop me a follow or head to nodewellbeing.com to book a session. 🤍📿 by @node.wellbeing
