#2025 was a full-on year! There is no way I could fit it in 20 pictures 🙈

#hoopla
#mallorca
#Italy
#poland
& many more!

• A year well spent on improving my business & great clients' achievements!
• Celebrating a year of successful @spinpopbristol classes.
• Learning, discovering, and improving my persona.
• Meeting 100s of beautiful souls 💖
• Strengtening the beautiful relationship I already had.
• Opening my heart to love again.

Oh, I just can't tell you how incredible, full of emotions and hard work the year of 2025 was. I can tell you one thing for sure: Watch me in 2026! This year will be something else! Not to add that I'll officially turn 30 years old!

Thank you so much to all my clients & customers who supported my business in 2025 and will continue to do so in 2026!
Thank you! To all of my friends and family for being there for me for the good and the bad ❤️

PEOPLE OF BRISTOL COMMUNITY!
Today I'm celebrating 13 years in the UK & the 4th anniversary of JustPump Personal training!
Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to helping the people of Bristol achieve a happy and healthy life.
It's so common that people struggle with time, structure, and motivation.
And I want to help.
To celebrate the anniversary, I wanted to do something EPIC and do a giveaway for you lovely people.
My Goal Aim Is:
I want to help 10 adults achieve consistency with training so that they can go on to see the effects of losing weight and building muscle.
I want to educate you about self-care without stressing out.
And show you how to schedule workouts, meals, and rest so it doesn't feel like a chore.
So, I invite you down to The gym group Avonmeads for a free 90-minute Personal Training session.
(don’t worry, we won’t be working out for the whole time!)
What’s the catch? There is no catch.
I'm simply trying to promote awareness of my business in the local area by doing something for free for the community, and if it's good, I hope you'll offer a review and perhaps tell your friends and family about me!
But of course, if you'd like to hear more about my Personal Training services, all you have to do is ask 😉,
If this sounds good and you'd like the full details, comment "ME" on this post and I'll reach out personally to you.
PS. I only have space for 10 sessions in my diary!
PPS. I'm closing this giveaway on 07.09.25 taken in The Gym Group Bristol Avonmeads by @only_imperfection_
