When first arriving at college, I was 100% unsure of the direction that my life was heading. I had two truths: I knew I wanted to study music, and improv was important to me. So I declared my music major and joined @stanfordimprov . At the end of my first year at Stanford, Lana asked me if I wanted to write a musical with her (she had lost her voice at the time, so she wrote the proposition down on a Google Doc)—and without any second thought, I said yes. Over the last 12 months, we’ve been writing this project that has become so unbelievably large.
