The fire is out! 🔥🙌 Thanks to a fast, coordinated response, this Kalahari bushfire was extinguished within the first night.

The cause remains unknown, but it started beside one of the few roads in a landscape spanning millions of hectares, suggesting an accidental human ignition.

A nearby government anti-poaching unit spotted it and alerted me before satellite fire data was available. With our aircraft based here, I could quickly locate the fire, record its GPS position and assess its extent to help coordinate the response.

Our team headed out with one vehicle, authorities sent two more, and villagers stepped in to help. In remote terrain accessible only by 4×4, bringing enough water is simply impractical. The team worked along the burning edge with fire beaters, shovels and sand - and plenty of hard work.

Fire is a natural part of the Kalahari, but an uncontrolled blaze can spread enormous distances, stripping grazing needed by wildlife and livestock and threatening nearby communities.

A huge thank you to everyone involved. Quick detection, an aircraft close at hand, local knowledge and people willing to help made all the difference. 💪🦁

⁨ بعضی آدم‌ها با یک ضربه‌ی بزرگ به روانت آسیب نمی‌زنن
با هزار ضربه‌ی کوچیک، آروم‌آروم فرسوده‌ات می‌کنن.

درست مثل صدای موتور یخچال که ساعت‌ها توی خونه شنیده می‌شه، اما دیگه متوجهش نیستی. تا وقتی که یک‌دفعه خاموش می‌شه و تازه می‌فهمی تمام این مدت، چه صدایی توی گوش و ذهنت بوده.

بعضی آدم‌ها هم همین‌طورن.
هر روز یه کنایه‌ی کوچیک.
یه مقایسه.
یه تحقیرِ ظاهراً شوخی.
یه سرزنش به اسم دلسوزی.
یه جوری رفتار می‌کنن که مدام مجبور باشی خودت رو توضیح بدی، ثابت کنی و از خودت دفاع کنی.

نه یک بار، نه دو بار؛ مدام و مدام.

تا جایی که دیگه خودت هم متوجه نمی‌شی چقدر مضطربی، چقدر به خودت شک می‌کنی و چقدر از آرامشت رو از دست دادی.

در روان‌شناسی به اثر فشارهای کوچک و تکرارشونده توجه زیادی شده. استرس‌های مزمن، حتی وقتی هر کدوم به‌تنهایی کوچک به نظر می‌رسن، می‌تونن به‌مرور سلامت روان و توانایی تنظیم هیجان رو تحت تأثیر قرار بدن.

البته قرار نیست به هر کسی که باهاش اختلاف داریم برچسب «سمی» بزنیم. آدم‌ها روز بد دارن، اشتباه می‌کنن، گاهی حرف نامناسب می‌زنن و می‌تونن یاد بگیرن و تغییر کنن.

اما فرق بزرگی هست بین کسی که گاهی اشتباه می‌کنه و مسئولیتش رو می‌پذیره، با کسی که بارها تحقیرت می‌کنه، واقعیت تجربه‌ات رو زیر سؤال می‌بره، مرزهات رو نادیده می‌گیره و بعد می‌گه: «تو زیادی حساسی.»

گاهی باید فاصله گرفت.
گاهی باید رابطه‌ای رو تموم کرد.
و وقتی بارها توضیح دادی و چیزی تغییر نکرده، لازم نیست برای مراقبت از خودت دوباره وارد یک دادگاه بی‌پایان بشی.

تو برای محافظت از آرامشت، به رضایت کسی که مدام آرامشت رو ازت گرفته احتیاج نداری.

و شاید عجیب‌ترین بخش ماجرا همین باشه؛ گاهی تازه بعد از دور شدن از یک آدم می‌فهمی چقدر از انرژی‌ات صرفِ تحمل کردنش می‌شده.

بعضی آرامش‌ها با اضافه شدنِ چیزی به زندگی به دست نمیان؛ با خاموش شدنِ صدایی برمی‌گردن که اون‌قدر بهش عادت کرده بودی، فراموش کرده بودی سکوت چه حسی داره.

🍞 مواد لازم:
• سیب‌زمینی متوسط ۳ عدد (حدود ۴۰۰ گرم)
• تخم‌مرغ ۱ عدد
• ماست ۱ قاشق غذاخوری
• نمک و شکر، هرکدام ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری
• خمیرمایه ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری سرپر
• آرد نول یا همه‌منظوره ۴۰۰ تا ۴۵۰ گرم
• روغن ۲ تا ۳ قاشق غذاخوری
• شوید، مرغ ریش‌شده به مقدار دلخواه

👩🏻‍🍳 طرز تهیه:
۱. سیب‌زمینی‌ها رو بپزید و پوره کنید. تخم‌مرغ، ماست، نمک، شکر و خمیرمایه رو اضافه کنید.
۲. شوید و مرغ رو اضافه کنید.
۳. آرد رو طی ۲ تا ۳ مرحله اضافه کنید و ورز بدید تا خمیر نرم و غیرچسبنده‌ای داشته باشید. آرد رو یک‌دفعه نریزید!
۴. روغن رو اضافه کنید و چند دقیقه دیگه ورز بدید.
۵. روی خمیر رو بپوشونید و یک ساعت در جای گرم استراحت بدید.
۶. خمیر رو تقسیم کنید و بعد از ۱۰ تا ۱۵ دقیقه استراحت، پهن کنید.
۷. داخل روغن نسبتاً زیاد و داغ با حرارت ملایم سرخ کنید تا کاملاً پفکی و طلایی بشه.

⭐️ چند تا نکته مهم:
• مقدار سیب‌زمینی بیشتر از ۴۰۰ گرم نباشه.
• ممکنه خمیر اولش چسبنده باشه؛ آرد رو کم‌کم اضافه کنید تا به دست نچسبه ولی نرم بمونه.
• استراحت یک‌ساعته در جای گرم خیلی مهمه.
• روغن باید به اندازه کافی داغ و مقدارش مناسب باشه تا نون خوب پف کنه.
• شوید بیشتر بریزید، �
