A veteran in all forms of underground dance music @originaldjdlux first notable achievement was joining #BrainRecords in 1991 where he pioneered early #Jungle music alongside the likes of @thebizzybscience @djhype_playaz and @djzinc
Securing his reputation as a talented producer in the 90’s #UKGarage scene he became one of the original @rinse.fm residents before joining the legendary @dejavufm which he runs to this day.
As well as DJing he dedicates large amounts of time to local communities - setting up youth music projects across #London and #Essex as development director of the charity @youngurbanarts and more recently founded @creativeengagementservices which runs youth hubs and workshops at Wood Street library and beyond - filling an important gap for the youth of today!
We’re honoured to have him play this Saturday 19th at @jamsjam_e17 @realal.co for an afternoon set at 1730 and closing the night from 2230 so come check out a genunine #turntablist at work and hang out with a local legend 🙏🏽✨🔉
