Let’s create a food wave... 🍫 🥑 🫚 🍠 🫘
In Angola, like in many places, there are waves / moments when certain jobs or sectors capture the imagination of a generation. What if food became one of them, not just something to enjoy, but a real career path?
I’m not saying this is easy work. Doing things differently (building something new / innovative) rarely comes with ready-made systems you can just plug into. We would have to create them as we go. That takes resilience, persistence, the courage to take risks, failing forward.
During my time here and at our first AFA community event, I’ve been learning from those pushing the food system forward. @heltaraujo @fundacao_ovinayetu @nutriboty @ookoo_angola @foodcare.ao @agri.heroes @feitoemangola.ao @undpangola @luandanightlife @talama.soba @benjamim_mbakassy @claudiocsilva @alfonso.videira @kissanje_restaurante (💚) to name a few.
