Oh hey, I just got back from standing waist deep in a big river for 7 days straight in Western Idaho. Seeing the sunrise and the sunset for 7 days in a row does really good things for your brain. Doing outdoor hobbies you’re passionate about does really great things for your brain. Having supportive family and friends is a blessing. Steelhead are really cool. They go live in the ocean for a while and then swim like 600 miles up a river through a bunch of STUPID dams to go create life. We should definitely #freethesnake. The CW is a very inspiring place that I will continue to return to for as long as I’m able. I’m thankful for the friends who have shared this place with me and shown me the ropes. Classic flies are cool. Muddlers are the coolest. It was rad hanging with @joshualeroy all week and he was great company. Those are just some thoughts. I hate writing captions.
