✨Laser-etched abs, 1st place wins.🥇✨
@iamryleejohnson basically walked in off the street a year ago and grabbed 2nd in True Novice Bikini at the Northwest Championships. This season? 1st in Novice B and 1st in Open Class C at Sasquatch, then back to the Northwest Championships last week to win 1st in Open Class B. That’s not a glow-up, that’s a detonation. 🔥💥🔥
I honestly feel like I’m being spoiled as a photographer. Rylee’s presence in front of the camera is absurdly good, and her conditioning is next-level—those abs are so laser-etched and diamond-cut you might want a tetanus update just from looking at them. 🫣😲😵💀
Yeah, Rylee has god-tier genetics for abs. And just to prove that life is COMPLETELY unfair, she’s got the face card to match the physique—but is somehow insanely kind, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. She’s not a pro model only because she hasn’t bothered to try yet. 😅
The only downside of being this diced? She is cold 100% of the time. I’m pretty sure she has about two fat cells left on her body with maybe two calories each to rub together for warmth. We cranked the studio heat to 11 so she could elevate from frozen solid to just plain cold. 🥶❄️
Huge thanks to Rylee for trusting me, for showing up in insane shape, and for just generally being awesome. Massive shoutout to her coaches @huyenperson_ifbbpro and @johnwperson of @teamnextlevelwa and their home base @irontherapywa for building some of the best athletes in the PNW. As a doc who lives for lifting and nutrition, getting to capture physiques like this is absolutely my happy place, so thanks to everyone involved. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Go follow @iamryleejohnson for more stage-ready updates, follow her coaches @huyenperson_ifbbpro and @johnwperson for epic PNW bodybuilding, and DM me if you want fitness photos at any stage of your journey. 💪📸
Oh — I only just started editing the photos from this shoot — so do NOT follow me if you don’t want to see more of these! Because they’re on the way, believe that. 👊🏼

These shots are awesome. @imryleejohnson - your stage presence + facial expressions on stage were fun to watch. You’ve really embraced this and you’re becoming a great competitor. Your confidence has grown. These pics reflect that too. 😎
