My new online studio is here 🥳 You can practice with me at home every Monday 6-7pm (UK time).
We’ll explore qigong to support you through the elements and seasons. I might even look at dedicating a chunk of time to learn a sequence, like the 18 forms or 8 brocades, let me know if that might be interesting!
