In answer to some of the questions sitting in our inbox…
Yes we are Still here
19 years later
Always on a Tuesday
Yes anyone can come
No you won’t get left behind
Yes we clap a lot
Yes there is bag drop
No it’s not a cult
Yes New shirts are on the way
Yes we are doing a big london marathon shake out run and after party
Yes we’ll be roadside at mile 20.5 outside Limehouse Townhall on marathon day
Yes we are open to collaborations with brands that align with our ethos but no to collabs that are detrimental to our community.
No we are not interested in ever going back to the days of being a huge crew because then the people who need it most don’t come because a big group is intimidating.
Yes we don’t use socials as much anymore because Run Dem has always been about real life in person connections and we got tired of people making assumptions of who we are and what we do solely based off Instagram posts. If you wanna find out how we roll then come on down.
Yes we are more likely to work with people who integrate themselves into the community or come down for a run first before hitting send on yet another chat GTP generated email saying how much you admire our community. We’ve been working on RDC for 19 years so we already know it’s dope.
