I have rehearsed a thousand versions of this post. None of them were good enough.
So, ill just say “Shadows of the Moonless Nights”, Official Selection for La Cinef programme of the 79th Cannes Film Festival! We made it! That’s the whole story. That’s everything.
Cannes doesn’t select actors. It selects films. In this case,someone made something they believed in, I happened to be in front of the camera and world’s greatest film festival said yes !
I don’t know what I expected this feeling to be. It’s quieter than I thought. Gratitude feels like a small word for something this large. But it’s the only honest one I have.
Wild proof that the gap between where you start and where a story can take you is not fixed.
