My dear community,

It is with great excitement that I’m writing today to announce that the BECOME online course is finally LIVE!

Link in bio and you can find at peytoncallahan.com/become !

This has been a labor of love, and I am honored to be sharing this work more broadly beyond my in-person groups!

BECOME A Mother Daughter Journey into Womanhood is an online course designed for mothers and daughters to discover the changes that occur during puberty—not only in the body, but also in the mind, and heart.

This is a 10-module, recorded video course that is accompanied by comprehensive PDFs to support your learning, support cards that share ways for your daughter to care for her developing body, our seasonal BECOME online circle, and access to our BECOME community.

Thank you to the many mothers and daughters who have helped shape this course ❤️

We are so thrilled to be sharing this with you.

Love, Peyton

I love this! I have made female anatomy, puberty, and a women's menstrual cycle a normal open communication with my daughter. We also talk a lot about loving ourselves, our bodies, and the beautiful and powerful gift our menstrual cycle is. Like most women of my generation and prior generations, there was never any open discussion about puberty. She is at the beginning of puberty now, and I know she feels comfortable talking to me or dad about her body, changing feelings, etc...but this mood swings! 😆 just another stage of motherhood that is teaching me and revealing to me more areas i need to grow and work on.
