At EFBI, we believe in not just meeting immediate needs, but in listening to the communities we serve. 🌾
During our Easter Food Drive in Iwollo Oghe, we spent time talking with the incredible widows in the community. What we heard shifted our perspective: these women are not waiting for handouts. Many of them are already hardworking farmers.
The real challenge? They lack the capital, quality seeds, and modern training needed to make their farms truly profitable.
That is why this month, we are returning to Iwollo Oghe to launch our Agricultural Smallholder Support Project. We are shifting from simply giving food to funding farms.
Your donations will go directly toward:
🌱 Purchasing high-yield seeds and fertilizers
📚 Providing expert agricultural training
💰 Distributing direct cash micro-grants
We have officially started receiving donations, and we are so grateful to our early supporters! We still have a long way to go to reach our goal for these women, and we need your help.
