My week in pictures. I had a busy one!
🏊♀️ My first 5km swim in the River Adur. A learning experience on sighting and facing my fears of not finishing. Disclaimer: I did finish it on time @rawenergyman

💐 a new type of Dahlia came out in my garden and it’s so beautiful
🩱I tried a new sport it’s called surfski and I liked it. Did 8km on my first attempt. It’s a very light and fast vessel
