After committing to including fungi alongside plants and animals in 2022 @natgeosociety you have exceeded all expectations! Thank you for honouring fungal exploration at the @natgeomuseum. It’s a such massive honour to have my collecting gear and video exhibited in the Museum of Exploration as an example of what it takes to document the funga of the world. I started using that basket over 20 years ago when I was pregnant expecting my 19 year old son 🤩 The video is a snippet of the film #florafaunafunga directed by @samsheline and starring @merlin.sheldrake and @tobykiers with music by @cosmosheldrake (who all feature in the exhibit footage!) with excellent filming by @jumarafilms and photos by @mateobarrenengoa. Thank you to the entire NatGeo crew led by @jmtief who worked tirelessly on the Museum that opens tomorrow! Go see it when you’re in Washington DC!
