July is BIPOC Mental Health Month—a time to recognize the importance of culturally responsive mental health care, celebrate the strength and resilience of our communities, and continue advocating for spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.🗣️
For those who are new here, welcome. I’m Dr. Kristie👋🏽—a Licensed Psychologist, Mental Health Consultant, National Mental Health First Aid trainer, Keynote Speaker 🎤 , founder of the
@theexhalesummit , Higher Education leader, and founder of ReMiND U.
Everything I do is rooted 🪴 in the belief: when we center humanity, we create conditions for culturally affirming healing, authentic community care, and lasting change. 🫶🏾Whether I’m working with individuals, organizations, or communities, my mission is to help make mental health more accessible, conversations more authentic, and wellness more equitable.
Throughout this month, I’ll be sharing reflections, resources, and conversations that honor BIPOC mental health and remind us that caring for ourselves and one another is both personal and collective.
I’m grateful you’re here. 🥹 Drop a 💚 if building communities where humanity is centered and everyone has the opportunity to thrive resonates with you.
