Summer is here and all the beautiful produce is out. Tomatoes are everywhere now and we could not be more excited about it.

Sweet, savory and delicious. Incredibly hydrating on these hot summer days.

This is our caprese salad for our first summer pop up this Sunday @malpractice.pdx.

It features a few varieties of tomatoes that include early girls, heirlooms, indigo, and sungold tomatoes with a coconut-cashew mozzarella. Topped with basil and finished with @durant_oregon’s extra virgin olive oil.

You can reserve via link in bio. We’re all filled up for 5pm, but have a few openings for 8pm!

If you haven’t been to our pop ups before, you should expect a couple surprises in between some of the courses to highlight what the season has to offer. Everything is seasonal and made in-house.
