Part I: Your kids won’t remember your resale value
The start of remodeling my daughter’s room came with the vision of crazy cats all over one of the walls. If I can actually pull this off I’ll need to then somehow design the entire rest of the room to not only look good but also feel like her. My husband may say this is ruining our resale value but I think it’s going to make the world of a difference in her childhood

My mom painted sunflowers on all my furniture when I was little! Pocahontas took her turn as my favorite princess so her sunflowers could have been part of the inspiration. ❤️

Looks great! For projects like this, you could probably paint the base and then do the rest with acrylic markers to save a lot of time.

When I was a kid, I, too, was obsessed with cats. My dad cut out sponges into cat shapes and stamped me a custom cat wall! I’m 38 and still haven’t forgotten that. ❤️
