✨ August 2026 Wrap-Up ✨

So many good books this month!

My highlights were:

✨ Dirty Little Secret by @rileyhartwrites that I couldn’t stop listening 🥰

✨ Extra Credit series by @authorgraebryan that I devoured in a few days 😍

✨ Slow Heat by @letablake , I couldn’t put it down and I loved every moment of it ♥️

✨ Thrust into Love series by @author_dj_jamison for the best low angst books I’ve read in a while 😍

I’m looking forward to seeing what next month will bring, I’m building a September TBR that will end up thoroughly ignored 😂

A Learjet 60 private jet, believed to be en route from Texas to the Bahamas, crashed near Palm Beach this afternoon. The aircraft was in a steep dive at the time of the crash, descending at more than 30k feet per minute. Pray for all involved 🙏🏼 🇺🇸 #florida #westpalmbeach #westpalm #airplane #aircraft
The version of you at 60 is being built by what you practise today. Getting down to the floor and back up is a big part of that, and this flow trains it. Here’s the flow: 1️⃣ Deep squat, arms overhead. Heels down, chest up, reach tall through your fingertips. Your ankles, hips and upper back all have to work together to hold this. 2️⃣ Forearms reach down toward the floor. Stay low in the squat and reach forward slowly, keeping your weight spread across your whole foot. 3️⃣ One knee to the floor, then the other. Lower each knee with control rather than dropping into it. This is the transition that keeps getting up and down off the floor easy. Move slowly and stay in each position for a few breaths. If the deep squat isn’t comfortable yet, hold onto a door frame or couch for support and build from there. #deepsquat #squatmobility #jointhealth #mobility #longevity
