CHARLIE is a free, independently built survivor resource network, created by a survivor who wanted to turn a difficult experience into something useful for others. It brings crisis support, shelters and safe spaces, legal and medical resources, emergency contacts, SAPS stations, courts and more into one place. It also includes quick-exit and safety features, breathing techniques, grounding tools and calming resources for those moments when everything feels overwhelming and you just need something simple to help you get through the next few minutes.
