You do not have to wait until you fall apart to make room for yourself 🤍 So many of you are carrying grief, uncertainty, and responsibilities that don’t stop just because you’re hurting. You keep showing up for everyone else, but when was the last time you asked yourself, “What do I need?”

I want you to know that taking a moment for yourself is not abandoning the people who need you. You need you, too.

When we meditate together, I’m not asking you to pretend everything is okay. I’m inviting you to pause without judging what comes up. You don’t have to force peace or push your feelings away to be welcome here.
