A burst of autumn beauty in Central Park’s Conservatory Garden in New York City

Today is Election Day! Happy Tuesday!

Korean chrysanthemums are in full bloom at the Conservatory Garden, bringing vibrant colors and seasonal charm to the French North Garden. A beautiful spot to soak in the magic of fall in New York City.🍂🌸 @centralparknyc

Filmed on November 1, 2026

To enter the Conservatory Garden in Central Park, use the main entrance located at Fifth Avenue and 105th Street, where you will pass through the ornate wrought-iron Vanderbilt Gate.

Please respect the garden space: no picking flowers, walk your bike or scooter, no stepping on plantings.

I was hoisted by strong men of @sprytraining to a height of 36 inches, so they could shower me with love. @chad_dimitri and 'Bobsled' held me by their little fingers (loved it 😂)

Another year of growth and stepping into God's purpose commenced on the 29th October and my gym community wanted me to know how they feel about me.

Eternally grateful to God for all of the people in my life - people I get encourage, eye ball and treasure. #MySpryCommunity

Tasha's @tashamanleyisimpact written piece was special.

Life is never easy but I live in spiritual abundance as there's no recession in heaven and I live in the physical as I see myself in the spiritual - powerful mental shift as I step into God's purpose.

Thank you Tammy, Spur Tree, Kilamanjaro, Nes and the entire 4AM rising squad.

There were some fantastic stories at DP World Tour Q School Second Stage yesterday and the favourite for me was 28 year old Ahmad Baig from Lahore who is trying to become the first golfer from Pakistan to earn DP World Tour membership.

Ahmad shot rounds of 67, 63, 65 and 66 to win at Desert Springs by 5 shots at 27 under par. I spoke to him about it last night:

“I’m feeling really good. It was a great week. I was straight off the tees and I made a lot of putts and made a lot of birdies.”

Ahmad went out tied for the lead into the final round after making an ace on the 14th hole on Saturday, but he wasn’t concerned about defending or playing conservative:

“I was telling my friend Jack in the practice round, I said, ‘Jack, I love this course. It’s perfect for me and I will smash it,’ and Jack said, ‘let’s go!’ And we did.”

This is the first time in Ahmad’s life that he’s ever played in Spain which emphasises what an incredible performance it was. He travelled straight from Second Stage overnight to Infinitum Golf for the Final Stage this week so he can prepare as well as possible for a run at earning his full DP World Tour card and making history.

I wish him well and hope he has another great week. Give him a follow @ahmadbaigg
