Brazil is no one’s backyard. Not Trump’s. Not the U.S. or Israel’s.

Over the past several months, Trump, the right, and corporations based in the U.S. and around the world have been exerting pressure on Brazil to promote the election of far-right candidate Flavio Bolsonaro over the Workers Party incumbent President Lula.

Bolsonaro is the son of former president Jair Bolsonaro and has received support from the global far right who intend to roll back the social programs and environmental protections that Lula’s administration has delivered. Bolsonaro threatens an end to Brazilian sovereignty and will hand Brazil over to the U.S. and foreign corporate interests.

All eyes on Brazil and their upcoming election on October 25! The U.S. must stay out of Brazil’s democratic processes.

This election will decide the future of Brazil, the Americas, and the world. There is a group in the US called AIPAC that pours billions of dollars into politicians' campaigns, only to later demand benefits—more money, more wealth, and more power. The USAI department sent millions of dollars to Flávio Bolsonaro’s campaign; his brother, Eduardo Bolsonaro, has been living in the US for two years, enjoying protection from Trump and his associates. In exchange, they will hand over rare earth minerals, oil, water, the Amazon, and all natural resources to Trump and his friends—arms manufacturers, oil company owners, and oligarchs. Trump started a tariff war against Brazil to harm business owners, Brazilian companies, the financial system, and the Brazilian economy. Trump attacked Iran, causing oil and fuel prices to rise and the cost of living to increase for 90% of the population—the middle class and the poor—worldwide. Brazil needs these resources to continue investing in health, education, security, transport, infrastructure, the environment, and recycling, and to pay the salaries of civil servants, public employees, the police, and the armed forces. We are witnessing wars all over the world—in Ukraine, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, the Congo, Sudan, and Iran—driven by the desire to steal more land and natural resources. Millions of children, women, the elderly, and unarmed men are being killed in the pursuit of more money, wealth, and power. I have always voted for the right, but extremists are using the slogans of "God, country, and family" to deceive Brazilians and hand over control of Brazil to Trump and his associates. Brazilians, do not lose your freedom, independence, democracy, territory, and sovereignty. On October 25, 2026, vote 13—Lula.
