Being a dreamer isn’t a choice—it’s a commitment to your own journey. 🔥🔥🔥

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.’”

Although in these times we often feel deeply that we are not treated as equals, as artists, we rise up to challenge that through our work and creative practice.

I’m truly honored to be a part of Stories of MLK Boulevard alongside two incredible of artists. @mohawudu @kaishon_

⭐️ A special shoutout to the crew who came out to support the vision, and to every community member who sat with me and laid down pieces of glass. Every tile placed is a testament to our collective strength and hope. To the community members who stoped to share stories, concerns, and love this mural is for you. ✨

A big thank you to @keepnewarkbeautiful for continuing to love, honor, and uplift Newark. Together, we build, we honor, and we transform our community. Thank you to everyone for making this vision come alive♥️
