Two coasts. One question.
Why are so many busy professionals over 35 running on empty? 🤨
Dr. Serina Lewis, MD practices primary care in Maryland. I coach from San Diego. On Wednesday, November 4, we are putting both views into one LinkedIn Live.
Here is what we know going in. Sleep and cortisol, your main stress hormone, influence each other. Short sleep can raise it. High cortisol can make sleep harder. Add a packed calendar and a body that no longer bounces back like it did at 25, and exhaustion becomes the default setting.
Dr. Lewis will cover the medical side, including hormones. I will share what 15+ years of coaching, and the 3.5 to 5.5 hours a day I spend on my own body, taught me about building a foundation that holds up.
You will leave with better questions for your own doctor and a couple of changes you can start this week.
