Some friends and I made a bunch of noise and put it into this shape. You can download it for free and share it with your friends (or enemies!) enjoy and let us know what you think. It’s about 17 minutes of noise. Xoxo

It’ll be on some streaming later - but not Spotify.

Are we recording a record? Yes! Do we have a good excuse for why it’s taking so long? No! taken in Lake Arrowhead, California by @pjsolo_la

One of my personal favorite productions as a DP crash landed from outer space onto our terrestrial internet today. Is it a gear demo? Is it art? Idk if it’s either or both but it’s really awesome haha. Incredible improvised performance by @riichgood @yael_drumadkt and @newspeechsound @chriselkjar | filmed by @badlotto and myself for @valhallaamplification at @dezdomestudio audio mixed @standardaudiorecorders video produced by @made.with.soup go special thank you to @one.with.the.sun.projects for providing the colored glass pieces used in this shoot. watch it https://valhallaamplification.com/three-sounds-rich-good/ by @pjsolo_la

CLIP [ns-04]
Further #debris falling out of today’s recording sessions. Developed additional noise tooling into the software. Results are promising. Allowing a stereo filter to clock itself from a secondary audio source results in some interesting and unpredictable sounds.

Always looking for new ways to create a sound tearing itself apart.

DEBRIS // [ns-02]

Welcome to an ever expanding collection of digital experiments, ideas, flotsam and jetsam. These may never make their way to full streaming releases but they warrant more than to decay in cloud storage forever. DEBRIS will be a recurring feature around these parts. by @pjsolo_la

I spend most of my time on the other end of the signal chain. It’s been very fun to make noise on this side of the mics for @newspeechsound #ludwigdrums #vicfirth #alesisdrums taken in Lake Arrowhead, California by @pjsolo_la

sequence 0.5.3_test_01

After a few weeks of work on our software it was time to put it to the test. This is the very first attempt to combine sequence with live playing. So much more to come.

All non-guitar-or-drums sounds via custom app running audio + video + midi out. More to come on the nerd stuff.
