Date night with the Harlow Bear.

I thought we were officially done trying to collect all the HK x Godzilla McDs figures, then this surprise happened - we got the Cinnamoroll x Destoroyah in the Sponge Bob meal (one of the final 2 we needed). So maybe….there’s still a chance! We just need one more (Kerropi x King Khidorah). I don’t know who was more excited tho, me or Harlow lol. by @rons1ne

6th grade!!! 🥹✨ @harlowsloaneb A Middle schooler now… whaa?!

Same school @sanfranciscodayschool, but a new world~ an extra 30 minutes to the school day, switching classes, choosing a foreign language, picking up a wind instrument 🪈🎶, and officially becoming one of the “big kids” on campus. 🥲

Excited to see our KPop lover (@cortis concert tee just had to be on the first day 🙌) grow into this next chapter 💕.. Here’s to an amazing 6th grade! 🫶🏼📚✨

From the ice to the hardwood to the ivory. Harlow was a triple threat this weekend!

Saturday she had a performance with her Ice Theatre team, Sunday was her hip-hop dance audition with her dance crew in the AM, and straight to her piano recital in the PM.

If you ever want to get the party started, the dance floor filled and dancing, “It Takes Two” by Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock is THE record to get the job done!

I don’t karaoke often because I’m shy in front of crowds…🙄🫠🥴🤣….but when I do, this is my go to (well, a lil Hamilton and In The Heights, too).

MC Ronnie B. Established 2009, Backstage Bar & Grill, Culver City, CA (although, some may say Eastlake High School, ‘95/‘96, Chula Vista, CA).

Rest easy @robbasemusic! Thank you for this timeless record and keeping us moving all these years!

Harlow’s first competition of the season! 🙌🏽⛸️

What a journey this season has already been… Up until a few days ago, Harlow didn’t even want to compete. Was she ready? Not really—at least not mentally. And this fun and beautiful program had to take a back seat over the past few weeks as she navigated some major changes and transitions. After a much-needed reset, Harlow slowly began rediscovering why she loved skating ❤️.

This past week, we started to see her spark return. For the first time in a long time, Harlow was finding her happiness again in this sport—excited to learn, skating with less fear, and growing in confidence.

This weekend was about so much more than placements or scores. It represented healing, resilience, and the decision to believe in herself again. And through it all, she shined on the ice and delivered an amazing skate👏🏽

We are so proud of her strength and courage, and so excited to watch Harlow step into this new chapter… ✨

Thank you to family and friends who came out to support Harlow this weekend! … 👉🏽 to see her gettin GrOoVy!

A lil’ late but I saw that @lin_manuel’s “In The Heights” is making its highly anticipated return back to Broadway and I couldn’t be more excited.

I knew of the musical back in ‘08, and thought it was cool - the diversity, the storytelling, the visuals, the dancing, the rapping (I mean, who raps on Broadway😜?!). Fast forward to 2021 and @jonmchu brings it to the big screen and I fell in love with it! I still think it’s a slept on film!

This is just my opinion but if y’all love and enjoy “Hamilton” and haven’t seen “In The Heights” then go watch it stat! Whether it’s YouTube clips of the Broadway scenes or the movie, you’ll see where “Hamilton” gets is cues from, as well as my affection for newsboy caps.

My humble brag is I can rap and “sing” word for word the opening number of “In The Heights” from beginning to end, all the characters, all the voices. This is the movie version for anyone keeping score. I hope I did it justice @lin_manuel and @anthonyramosofficial! taken in San Francisco, California by @rons1ne

Harlow asked me the other day, “Dad, what were you like in the 90s and 00s?” To which I responded, “Gather ‘round, kiddo.”

Hopping on this trend but make it Filipino! As a a kid and teen growing up, friends and fam would say my doppelgänger was @dantebasco - it could’ve been my dance moves, smooth talking, upbeat and swaggy attitude, jawline, mole, smile, Dragon Ball Z ‘do, brown skin - probably a combo of everything.

Shoutout to Dante Basco, Filipino-American actor, producer, and voice artist, for breaking barriers, trailblazing the path for other Fil-Am actors, and always advocating for Asian representation in entertainment!

This GOAT needs no introduction. Congrats to the amazing @alysaxliu 💛👏🏽! You light up the ice every single time you skate, but what makes you even more special is who you are off of it — super sweet and always so warm and cheerful to @harlowsloaneb, who absolutely adores you 🥰💕.

Light flex here, Harlow and Alysa share the same coach 🙌🏽! So proud of you and grateful Harlow gets to witness greatness up close. The impact you make goes far beyond medals ✨🥇
